84 Lumber Realigns Divisions

84 LumberEIGHTY FOUR, Penn. – 84 Lumber is reorganizing into four targeted divisions: Central, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Southwest. The company announced in a press release that the new alignment will allow it to be better positioned to accommodate its expansion nationwide. In the new corporate structure, the Central division is the largest with nearly 90 stores throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia and New York.

“This is an exciting time for our company,” said Frank Cicero, chief operating officer at 84 Lumber. “As we look forward in 2017 we see great opportunities across the organization. It’s critical to have the right team and the right resources in the right places. With this new divisional reorganization, 84 Lumber is poised for strategic growth.”

In addition to the divisional realignment, and on the heels of the company’s Super Bowl commercial, 84 Lumber has continued to hire and promote talent throughout the organization. Recent hires include Paul Yater as Chief Information Officer. Recent promotions include David Cochran to Vice President of Store Operations, Jason Hinsken to Vice President of Installed Sales, Jim Barbes to Vice President of National Sales and the appointment of Divisional Vice Presidents Billy Ball (Southeast), Rob Woodrow (Southwest) and Dave Dahl (Mid-Atlantic).
